Players start with three objective cards that must be conquered. There are two different kind of objective cards: provinces and senators. On it is information about the produced goods, victory points, the amount and sort of legions, and the special ability of the card.

A drawn mobilization marker indicates which type of legion is allowed to mobilize. All players now may mobilize legions of this category, or move them to fulfill objective cards.
Goal of the game is to be the first who controls seven objective cards and scoring the most points for them.

Players are castaways stranded on an island. They cooperate to try to get off the island, but only the player with the greatest story will win the game. Players will need to keep an eye on their strength, as energy is everything in Nàufragos: getting food, building constructions, finding wood, recovering remains from the shipwreck and so on.
x
There will be moments that a player has only 0 energy and the only thing he can do is rest or write in his diary. Injuries can be cured, but if neglected they might cause a permanent reduction of energy.
At the start of a turn, an event card is drawn and its effects applied. In a four player game, there will be twelve events before the game ends; more turns (and events) are played with less players. If at the end of the last turn players haven't been rescued by a ship, they lose the game.
x
x
After the event, players may take their actions, but only if they are not lost on the island. Players may get lost in an exploration; if this happens they try to return to camp. The others may pick some items from the ship wreck, chop wood, take forage, light a fire, rest, camp, build or write in their diary. The story points players receive represent the notes in their diaries and how emotive these experiences are. If the castaways don't make their way out of the island, nobody will hear their adventures and their story won't have any value. But if they are rescued, these stories will decide who among the players will be remembered as an example of heroism and survival capabilities; therefore this player will be the winner.
x
x
Remains are the only connection with civilization. Any item from the shipwreck will allow players to improve their chances of living and leaving; among these items they will find the ones needed to leave the island.
When building, there are two type of constructions: the ones that must be completed in one turn such as shelters and reafts, and the ones that can be continued during several turns placing counters on them, such as 'Sign in the sand' and 'Huge bonfire'.
x
x
As the game advances and players explore the island, they will be able to build new constructions apart from the basic ones mentioned in the rules.
Many cards force a player who draws them to make a decision, while other cards make the whole group argue until they reach an agreement.
x
x
The first player who reaches the highland decides whether the game finishes that turn, or the next. Players will have to make sure they get back in time to the camp; castaways that are lost at the end of the game won't be rescued even if the group manages to leave the island: they will remain lost and excluded from the final scoring phase. Players must also take care to start at the 'Huge bonfire' or 'Sign in the sand' constructions in time before game end; if not completed the ship will sail by unnoticed...

It is a pity that almost each year Ystari has an intriguing prototype at Asmodee's booth, but nobody from Ystari is present to give some more information.
x
Yet there was someone from Asmodee could give at least some information about the game: by placing a worker next to a building it can be used, and when more workers are next to it, it becomes more expensive to use. There are three stacks of buildings that all increase in strength and possibilities. Well, we're excited already!

So this is 2013. Men go to the stock exchange to make some money, and the ladies already take a spend option in the afternoon, even before the earnings of their beloved ones are known.
x
x
Four to ten people play in teams of two, one playing the man, the other the woman. The game lasts six rounds, each round consisting of three phases: in the morning the men go to the stock exchange while the women pick their favorite shop; in the afternoon shopping is done, and in the evening the shoppings must be paid. At the end of the sixth round a big dance is held, determining which lady is the most elegant by wearing the fanciest dress and other things, all bundled in elegance points. A typical eighties theme, I would say.

Hey, I like when things get simple! At least, we're talking a Martin Wallace game here, but a total different one. P.I. is a deduction game for two to five players. The twist of the game is, that each player has his own case to solve, the details of which are known by the player to his right.
x
Each turn a player will either check out an entire area or specifically look at one element of his case.
Playing the detective marker gives a player information about all three aspects 'suspect', 'crime' and 'hide-away' at a location. The player to his right compares the tiles at this location with his case cards. If one of these match, he informs the player that he may place one of his discs there. When a card matches with a tile in an adjacent location, the player may place a cube. It's all Mastermind revisited!

x
When a player thinks he can solve the crime, he tries to solve it. When right, he gets points, when wrong he receives minus points. After three plays the game ends.
